Two receive MonDak award

Two players with Bottineau connections were named the MonDak Players of the Week for the week of Feb. 3-7.
Imani Scott from the Dakota College at Bottineau Ladyjacks and former Bottineau High stand out Justin McCloud were bestowed with the honor.
Scott, a freshman from Akron, Ohio scored 54 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, dished out 11 assists and swiped six steals in two games last week for DCB.
Through 26 games, she is averaging 15 points per game for the Ladyjacks.
McCloud, who is a sophomore guard for the Bismarck State Mystics, shot 66 percent from the field in two games, scoring 60 points. He also added nine rebounds, six assists, two steals and a block.
McCloud is averaging 20.3 points per game through 24 games, and is shooting a blistering 47.1 percent from beyond the arc this season.
