Willow City man arrested on warrant

A Willow City man has been arrested and placed into custody at Rugby in connection to a bank robbery in Carrington, N.D.

According to the FBI in Minneapolis, a federal complaint was filed against Antoine Lee Williams, 27, for the bank robbery which took place at the Gate City Bank in Carrington on Friday, Oct. 25.

Williams was arrested near Martin, N.D. on Highway 52 after a description was given of his vehicle by witnesses close to the bank.

Presently, Williams is being held on unrelated charges, but it is expected that he will be charged with the bank robbery in the near future.
