Ceglowski's shutout propels 19U to fifth consecutive win

Bottineau 19U won their fifth consecutive game in their only contest this past weekend against the Langdon Blades 19U team in Langdon.
The win came in shutout fashion as Bottineau scored three times, and didn’t allow a goal.
With 18 saves goalie Jacie Ceglowski earned her fourth shutout of the season and Bottineau got their 15th win of the season. They are 15-3.
The goal scoring for Bottineau began in the first period when Captain Morgan Klebe hit the back of the net on an unassisted goal.
Later in the period Natalie Bahr took passes from Klebe and Ashley Blue and then stuck it past Blades goalie Morgan Kramer to give Bottineau a 2-0 lead.
At 7:04 in the second period Blue iced the game with her 56th goal of the season, as she notched an unassisted goal.
Blue currently has 69 points on the season, 56 goals and 13 assists.
The game was relatively clean with each team only getting two penalties.
The two teams will play again at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday in Bottineau. It will be senior night as Bottineau will honor its three senior’s: Tiffany Schuster, Alyssa Acheson and Klebe.
Bottineau will also play a game on Friday at Mandan High.
