Logan Millican’s third goal in Monday’s 7-3 win over Minot was his 32 goal of the season tying the school record according to Braves Head Coach David Hoff.

“Logan really sets the standard for us when it comes to out compete level,” Hoff said. “He has matured so much the last two years. He understands if he competes every single shift he will get his chances.”

Millican is currently leading the state of North Dakota with 48 points in 16 games. He finished fifth in the state in scoring in 2010-11 with 52 points and was tied for the most goals in the state with 31.

“I’m not sure most people realize how difficult it is to not let something not going your way get to you,” Hoff said of Millican. “The really good players get past it and compete keep their compete-level high. Logan is really starting to understand that.”
