BWP ski team wins Barclay Cup

LA RIVIERE, Manitoba - The Bottineau Winter Park (BWP) ski team enjoyed success last weekend in an event in La Riviere, Manitoba, winning the Barclay Cup as the event’s team champion.
Two BWP team members won gold medals in La Riviere. Stetson Wilson of the under-12 team and Tyler Bernstein of the under-10 team came away with gold around their necks.
Colin Wilmot of the BWP under-12 team and Trevor Bernstein of the Bottineau under-eights won silver medals at the La Riviere event.
Elsewhere, BWP’s Kutter Moum is competing at the Junior Olympics this week in Winter Park, Colo. Results of the event will be listed in next week’s Courant.
