Joe Bender has started a new real estate business in Bottineau called Four Seasons Realty and it comes with a unique deal.

“I am selling residential, commercial, farm and property vacation rentals,” Bender said. “The biggest thing I am going to offer is commission packages.”

Bender opened Four Seasons Realty as a way to grow in his career as a real estate agent.

“As your career advances you want to take those steps to improve things for yourself with your career,” Bender said “I thought this was the opportunity to do that.”

Joining Bender in his business is real estate agent Gayle Bohl.
“Your business is only as good as the employees you have,” Bender said. “Gayle is a really hard working person and I happily open my arms to her in having her in the business with me.”

Between Bender and Bohl, the two have over 11 years of experiences in real estate, which they plan to continue in Bottineau with future plans to expand in the area.

“We plan to centralize in the Bottineau area,” Bender said. “But, we have plans to sell elsewhere in places like Rugby, Mohall and Westhope with agents in those communities.”

They chose Bottineau because they like the area.

“We both live in Bottineau, our kids go to school here and we love it here,” Bender said. “We have no other place we would rather be, so this is why we wanted to start a business here.”
