DCB icers fall in season finale

MINOT - The Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) hockey team didn’t end its 2014-15 season the way the Lumberjacks wanted to.

DCB traveled to Minot State to take on the MSU club team at Maysa Arena on Friday for the Jacks’ season finale. It didn’t end well for them, as instead MSU rolled to a 12-3 victory.

Brett Hebel scored the first of DCB’s three goals before captain Alex Herman netted the others.

With the loss to the Beavers, DCB finished its 2014-15 season with a 7-20-0 record.
