Bee accepts position with Fremstad firm

Sherrie Bee has accepted a position with Fremstad Law Firm and will assist the firm as its senior paralegal.

Bee was born in Oklahoma City, Okla., and was raised in the San Francisco bay area. 

She attended California State University East Bay before she entered into the legal field. 

“I was certified as a paralegal in California in 1996,” Bee said. “Prior to 1996, I was an accountant and business manager. I specialized in complex litigation for many years. My husband and I owned and operated a Litigation Support Office for 12 years.”

Bee and her husband, Chris, moved to North Dakota after the nation’s economic downfall and recession hit California severely.

At that time, Fremstad Law Firm offered Bee a position in Fargo. This fall, the law firm offered Bee a paralegal position in its Bottineau office, which she accepted and enjoys.

“The folks here are not afraid to introduce themselves and make you feel welcome,” Bee said. 

Bee has two sons, Kristopher, 32, and Zack, 26. 

In her spare time, she stated that she enjoys baking and being a grandmother.
