Hara’s will be a full service veterinarian at Turtle Mountain Veterinary Service.

Hara comes to Bottineau because she likes living and practicing in rural areas, and found great worth in what Turtle Mountain Veterinary Service offers its animals.
“I liked the small town atmosphere. I also found the staff at Turtle Mountain Veterinary Service to be very friendly and wonderful to work with,” Hara said. “Most importantly I valued the fact that Dr. Franks practices a high level of quality medicine on a variety of species.”
Hara is engaged to Captain Carl Barrios who serves in the United States Air Force. The couple plans to marry in the near future.
Hara has small dog named Piper who is eight years old and a cat, Huck who is four years old.
